Deventer, 6 September 2018 - Cleerdin & Hamer Lawyers has chosen ValidSign’s digital signature solution. Initially, ValidSign will be used to provide engagement confirmations within the case file process with a legally valid electronic signature. These eSignatures must -- also within the framework of GDPR -- comply with both Dutch and European legislation.

To be GDPR-compliant for digital signatures, after a selection process the ValidSign solution was chosen. Cleerdin & Hamer particularly focused on the simplicity of submitting a document, but also on the ease of verification.
