Signing and follow-up from
Nmbrs Reporting
Engagement letters, annual accounts, compilation reports and letters of representation go straight from Nmbrs Reporting to signing. Once signed, the document returns to the client file with an audit trail you can produce at a quality review.
Nmbrs Reporting is the new name of Visionplanner.
What the integration does
No export, no upload
The document you compile in Nmbrs Reporting is sent for signing from there. Nothing to export, nothing to upload, nothing to file back by hand.
Every signer in one round
Directors, shareholders and the accountant sign in the order you set. Everyone who still has to sign is reminded automatically.
Proof back in the client file
The signed PDF and its audit trail return to the client file. At a quality review you can show per document who signed and when.
Legally valid and traceable
Every signature is eIDAS compliant. The audit trail records who signed, when, from which device, and how that person was verified.
Documents you sign this way
Engagement letters
Signed at the start of the engagement, so the file is in order before the work begins.
Annual accounts
Adopted and signed by the board, ready for filing.
Compilation reports
Signed by the authorised signatory of the firm, filed together with the accounts.
Letters of representation
The client confirmation that belongs with the annual accounts, signed and returned digitally.
Tax documents
Returns and statements sent to the client for approval before filing.
Advisory and interim reports
Interim figures and advisory reports that need a signature for approval.
How it works
Nmbrs Reporting, the platform formerly known as Visionplanner, is where you compile the client documents. ValidSign handles the signing. The integration means a document does not travel back and forth by hand: it is sent for signing from the report, signed digitally, and written back once complete.
Compile the document in Nmbrs Reporting
Put together the annual accounts, engagement letter or letter of representation the way you always do.
Set signers and order
Add the directors, shareholders and the authorised signatory of the firm. Per signer you choose the verification level: email, SMS, or iDIN.
The client signs digitally
Your client receives an invitation and signs in the ValidSign app or simply in the browser, without an account. You see in real time who has already signed.
Back in the client file
The signed document and its audit trail return to the client file. Ready for filing and for your own record keeping.
What the reporting shows
The integration returns signing data per document. That lets you see not only what has been signed, but where the process is stuck.
Outstanding engagement letters
Which clients still have no signed engagement letter. Usually the first question at any review.
Annual accounts on hold
Which sets of accounts are waiting for a signature and with whom, which matters as the filing deadline approaches.
Letters of representation still out
Per client, which confirmation with the annual accounts has yet to come back.
Turnaround time
How many days between sending and fully signed, per document type and per client team.
File completeness
Which required documents are still missing or unsigned in a client file.
Audit trail per document
Who signed, when, and with which verification method. Ready to hand over at a quality review.
