Introduction of the ValidSign app for SharePoint Online
Deventer, 5 July 2018 - ValidSign, specialist in legally valid digital signing, has introduced the ValidSign app for SharePoint Online. ValidSign is the only fully SharePoint-integrated digital signing solution. All signing-dependent processes can be securely submitted for signing from start to finish directly from the SharePoint user interface (and now also the online version).
Thanks to the ValidSign App, all documents can be effortlessly sent from SharePoint Online for signing to both internal and external signatories. All of this is possible without changing existing workflows, operational processes, security procedures, or policies. The great strength of this standard solution is that the signing process can be initiated from SharePoint Online. The client can easily sign the contract from any device by sending a signing request to their email address. After the client has signed, the contract is automatically archived in the correct location.
