myBrand Conclusion, SAP service provider and knowledge partner, and ValidSign, market leader in digital signatures in the Benelux, are optimising the digital HR workflow with a renewed integration for digital signing within SAP SuccessFactors. The existing integration within the myBrand Document Generator for SAP SuccessFactors has been expanded with new functionalities that make generating and legally signing documents even faster, safer, and more user-friendly.
Digital Signing in the HR Workflow
Where the previous integration already provided a significant digitalisation step, the renewed integration goes further in supporting HR departments. Within myBrand Conclusion's own add-on, the workflow around document creation and digital signing in SAP SuccessFactors is now seamlessly integrated with the most current legislation and functionalities.
Organisations can now generate employment contracts, addenda, and other HR documents directly from their SAP environment and offer them for signing, without external portals or manual uploads.
