De Jong & Laan accountants and accountancy firm Londen & Van Holland are among the first firms in the entire Netherlands to have filed publication documents online with ValidSign’s SBR solution.
As is well known, submitting the annual accounts on paper is no longer possible for a large portion of legal entities, namely for accountants in the micro, small, and medium-sized business classes. These documents must now be filed online by law. ValidSign enables its clients to apply a legally valid digital signature to annual accounts and/or tax returns, so that they can subsequently be successfully published with the Chamber of Commerce. Legally valid digital signing is possible using a PKI professional certificate.
