PinkWeb has worked with ValidSign to enable PDF documents to be electronically signed with ValidSign in Client Online. This allows employees of accountancy firms to also sign PDF documents for clients with a personal (professional) certificate.
The signature that the client places in Client Online when approving is a European-recognised advanced signature. This signature is now also processed in the PDF that the client approves. The signature therefore remains visible even after downloading the PDF.
In Client Online, it can be configured which documents or document flows in the approval process must be electronically signed with ValidSign, for example by an accountant or partner. Only then is the document shared with the client. The signing then takes place in the authorisation queue of Client Online. Physically and visually signing with a 'wet' signature remains a lasting wish for many accountants. In addition to signing with a certificate, a graphic signature can also be added or drawn with a stylus, mouse, or finger.
