Condor and ValidSign Join Forces for Digitalisation in Property Management
A new integration within the Condor platform with digital signing from ValidSign. By joining forces, property managers and facility managers can now legally sign their entire document flow digitally directly from the Condor platform. No more extra actions outside the platform, from rental contracts to maintenance agreements.
Accelerating the Property Cycle
The integration has been specifically developed to reduce the administrative burden in property management. Where sending physical documents or manually uploading scans causes delays and higher error margins, this integration enables a fully digital process. Users start the signing process directly from the familiar Condor environment.
The document is sent via ValidSign to the right parties, who can sign without extra software or accounts. Once the process is completed, the signed document is automatically saved in the correct file within Condor. This guarantees that all contracts are centrally and securely archived, without risk of loss.
