What does the role involve?
As a Junior Account Manager at ValidSign, you play a crucial role in expanding our client base across various segments and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. You are the first point of contact for organisations looking for a digital signing solution. You work closely with our mid-level and senior account managers to proactively approach organisations within ValidSign's focus segments; together we create a plan for this. This way, you contribute to achieving strategic sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will start as a Junior Account Manager in inside sales, with opportunities to grow into field sales.
Your responsibilities include:
- Following up with organisations that have created a trial account with ValidSign;
- Guiding the sales process from start to finish, including giving demos, preparing proposals, and conducting contract negotiations;
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients;
- Supporting the development of sales strategies and delivering effective client presentations.

- Starting salary of €2,800 gross per month based on 40 hours;
