ISPnext and ValidSign are joining forces with a new integration within the ISPnext platform. This new connection makes it possible to manage the signing process for procurement contracts and other supplier documents entirely from within the ISPnext platform. On the receiving end, suppliers and internal budget holders can easily sign contracts digitally. A great step forward in Source-to-Pay process efficiency.
More time for quality and a faster signing process
With this partnership, we are taking the next step in fully automating the e-signature process within ISPnext. Users can initiate the process via ValidSign directly from the ISPnext application, without leaving the platform. The digital signatures from ValidSign are fully traceable for audit purposes and legally valid.
Contracts are drafted and managed within ContractManagement. Users can then easily submit documents for signing with ValidSign to the relevant parties. Via ValidSign, they can place their digital signature right away. Once completed, the signed document is automatically returned and archived in the correct contract file within ISPnext.
This prevents contracts from getting lost in the process or incorrect versions being signed. With the convenience of digital signing, missed signatures are a thing of the past and signatures are placed faster. This frees up more time to focus on the content and quality of the contract.
