Going on holiday with peace of mind: authorise your colleague in ValidSign
How recognisable: you are about to go on holiday but there is still plenty to finish at work before you leave. Including the documents to be signed in ValidSign. Documents are still pending, the client still needs to sign, or new transactions need to be created. Even during your holiday. How are you going to solve this?
No worries, because with ValidSign's delegation function you can authorise your colleague(s) so they can manage your transactions. They can create new transactions, archive completed transactions, and send reminders to people who still need to place a digital signature, all from your account. You can hand over your transactions to your (closest) colleague with peace of mind. To do this, you simply need to add that user under "Delegation Access". You can find this function under the heading "My Account" in the top right of your dashboard. Below you will find step-by-step instructions.
1: In the top right of your dashboard, click on your name.
2: Choose My Account.
3: Then search for the right person under Delegation Access. Select them and click Save.
With this, your colleague is authorised to manage your transactions. Would you like to revoke the delegation for your colleague? Then go back to Delegation Access, select the relevant user, and remove them. Then click Save. This means the user no longer has access to your account.

If you have been authorised by your colleague, you can see this by the extra icon in the top right of your dashboard (see image below). By clicking this delegation button, you can access your colleague's account. In the pop-up screen, select your colleague and choose Start Managing. All transactions from the relevant account will then be displayed.
Would you like to turn off this function and return to your own transactions? Then click the delegation button again and choose "Stop Managing".

In no time, your colleague is authorised, or you can manage your colleague's transactions, so you (or your colleague) can go on holiday worry-free.
