It is September again. The summer holiday is over... Back to work! Would you prefer to stay in that relaxed summer mood all year round? Our clients certainly do! By digitally signing (or having signed) documents, you make it not only relaxed for yourself but also for external signatories. This way, you can send, sign, and finalise all your documents digitally without stress.
No more stress by signing digitally:
- You need to perform fewer actions. Printing, scanning, and posting are a thing of the past with the digital signature. Documents can be sent digitally and signed with a single click. After signing, completed documents are returned to your system, where you can archive them.
- You no longer need to come to the office to sign documents. With the digital signature, you can sign independently of time and place, on any electronic device. For example, you can digitally sign contracts or proposals via your tablet or mobile phone.
- You have insight into the signing process. Via ValidSign, you can view at any time which documents still need to be signed. You can easily send reminders to recipients. Compared to the paper signing process, documents no longer get lost and it is always transparent where documents are.
- You improve your customer experience. You make it not only easier for yourself but also for your clients. You can easily send signing requests via ValidSign, after which your client receives the signing request via email. By clicking on the link in the email, the client is taken to the document. With one click, they can then sign. You need to perform fewer actions, and so does the client! Win-win.
- You accelerate your business. Because compared to the paper-intensive signing process, you need to perform fewer actions and digital signing is possible any place and any time, contracts can be signed faster. In short: you close more deals in less time.
