Beginner Training ValidSign

Specially designed for (new) administrators and key users who want to get to know ValidSign, a training day will be held on-site in Eefde on 23 April 2026. With this ValidSign basic training, we bring knowledge to a higher level quickly and effectively. During this training, you will be guided by professionals who work with ValidSign daily. The trainers from our Customer Success Team have in-depth knowledge of the features, latest developments, and valuable ValidSign implementation tips.

Who is it for?

This training afternoon is specially designed for (new) administrators who will maintain ValidSign and key users who serve as points of contact within their department. The training focuses on acquiring the right knowledge to properly guide colleagues in using ValidSign.

Training costs

This training is organised exclusively for existing customers to support their knowledge and experience with ValidSign from an administrator's perspective. It is not possible to attend both the beginner and advanced training in the same series.

The costs for attending this afternoon are:

• Customers with Premier Support: first 2 participants free of charge
• Customers without Premier Support: €249 per participant

Want to register more than 2 participants as a Premier Support customer? The cost per additional participant is also €249 per person.

Programme

12:00 - Welcome and lunch: Meet other administrators and key users, share experiences, and get to know the training group during a relaxed lunch.

13:00 - 16:30 - Training content:

• ValidSign platform overview: Basic introduction to ValidSign, setting up simple flows, using the authorisation feature, and working with text tags.
• Deep dive:

Application management & integrations - In-depth session on application management and integrations in ValidSign.

• Templates - In-depth session on advanced ValidSign template capabilities and best practices.
• Frequently asked questions: Explanation and answers to the most commonly asked questions received by the ValidSign support department.
• Latest features, roadmap & product dialogue: Discover the latest updates and upcoming features within ValidSign.

16:30 - Wrap-up and drinks: Together we close the day with a brief evaluation and informal drinks. Build a network of administrators and key users for future collaborations.
