Advanced Training ValidSign

Specially designed for administrators and key users with ValidSign experience, a training day will be held on-site in Eefde on 23 April 2026. This training day goes beyond the basics. With a focus on specialist areas within the ValidSign platform, we help you optimise the digital signing process even further. During this training, you will be guided by professionals who work with ValidSign daily. The trainers from our Customer Success Team have in-depth knowledge of the features, latest developments, and valuable ValidSign implementation tips.

Who is it for?

This training afternoon is specially designed for experienced ValidSign administrators who want to go deeper. Do you already have experience setting up signing flows and are you working on optimising integrations and guiding colleagues? Then this training is for you.

Training costs

This training is organised exclusively for existing customers to support their knowledge and experience with ValidSign from an administrator's perspective. It is not possible to attend both the beginner and advanced training in the same series.

The costs for attending this afternoon are:

• Customers with Premier Support: first 2 participants free of charge
• Customers without Premier Support: €249 per participant

Want to register more than 2 participants as a Premier Support customer? The cost per additional participant is also €249 per person.

Programme

12:00 - Welcome and lunch: Meet other administrators and key users, share experiences, and get to know the training group during a relaxed lunch.

13:00 - 16:30 - Training content:

• Advanced workflow and template configuration: How do you set up complex signing flows? Think of conditional routes, bulk sending, and combined authentication.
• API & webhooks: In-depth session on the capabilities of the ValidSign API and webhooks.
• Compliance, eIDAS & audit trails: Deep dive into digital identity, certificates, and reporting for compliance and legal matters.
• Latest features, roadmap & product dialogue: Discover the latest updates and upcoming features within ValidSign. We also welcome a conversation about which features are still missing.

16:30 - Wrap-up and drinks: Together we close the day with a brief evaluation and informal drinks. Build a network of administrators and key users for future collaborations.
