A transaction is a single signing request sent to one or more signers. Each document package you send for signing counts as one transaction, regardless of the number of signers or documents included.
Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Pro or from Pro to Enterprise at any time. Your new plan takes effect immediately and your billing is prorated.
Once you have used all 15 free transactions, you can upgrade to the Pro plan, where transactions are included on a fair use basis. Your existing documents and audit trails remain accessible.
The Pro plan has no fixed transaction cap per user. Fair use means the normal business use of the users in your account. If your volume is structurally far above what is usual for your number of users, we will discuss a volume plan with you. For high volumes, the Enterprise plan is the right fit.
Add-ons are optional features you can add to the Pro or Enterprise plan for additional functionality, such as bulk sending, personalization, authentication methods, SSO, sender email customization, and API access.
The Free plan supports one user. The Pro plan requires a minimum of 3 users at €28 per user per month. The Enterprise plan supports an unlimited number of users — contact our sales team for pricing.
Yes. All ValidSign signatures comply with the European eIDAS regulation and are legally binding. We support Standard, Advanced, and Qualified electronic signatures.

All paid plans are billed annually in advance. Prices are exclusive of VAT. You can upgrade at any time with prorated billing for the remainder of the year.
Enterprise plans include multi-integration capabilities, including SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics 365, AFAS, Exact, and a REST API. Pro plans can add API access via an optional add-on.
