What you'll do
One thing matters: generating MQLs. Everything you do ladders up to that.
- Run & optimise campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting)
- Create content with AI: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social posts
- Build marketing automation flows, set up nurture sequences, A/B test everything
- Own SEO & organic growth strategy
- Make data-driven decisions. You live in dashboards, not gut feelings
- Optimise website conversion rates continuously
Who you are
- Young, hungry, and driven. You want to prove yourself
- AI-native: prompt engineering is your thing, not a buzzword
- Data-driven to the bone. CPL, CTR and MQL conversion rate are your daily vocabulary
- Creative AND analytical. You write killer copy and then measure its impact
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy
- HBO/WO marketing background (or equivalent hustle), 1-3 years experience
